I read my poem, "Zion by Itself" in Salem on Saturday, May 4, 2013, at the Mass Poetry Festival, where Soul-Lit presented a panel on spiritual poetry.
Soul-Lit's extraordinary Festival event was held at "The Gathering", a very old bank. The massive vault and machinery forms the backdrop for the stage area. The venue is now an interdenominational church and center for spiritual development and dialogue. Featured poets: Wayne-Daniel Berard, Deborah Leipziger, Janice Rebibo, Lawrence Kessenich,
